The heavy oil burner is a combustor with heavy oil as the main fuel. It is also called a waste oil burner. It is a combustion device specially designed for heavy oil with high viscosity and poor atomization performance to improve the burning performance of heavy oil. It is mainly composed of heavy oil tanks. , Diesel tank, oil filter, heavy oil supply pump, heat exchanger, light and heavy oil switching valve, fuel pump, pressure regulating valve, burner and its delivery pipeline.
Heavy oil is a by-product of crude oil after refining. It is generally prepared from cracked heavy oil, vacuum heavy oil, atmospheric heavy oil or wax oil in different proportions. Common heavy oil burners with different fuels include residual oil burners, waste oil burners, heavy diesel burners, as well as tar burners and asphalt oil burners, and Orly oil burners. The calorific value of a heavy oil burner is an important economic indicator of fuel, and it is directly related to the fuel consumption of the asphalt station. The higher the calorific value, the better. Generally, the low calorific value of oil is 38.5~44MJ/kg.
Technical and Performance Characteristics:

9. With regulating valve and stop valve.
10. With a thermometer, low temperature and temperature control fuel electric preheater.
11. A flange and an insulating seal ring are used to connect and fix the boiler.
12. Combustion air inlet with flow adjustment device.
13. Adjustable combustion head with steel blast tube and flame plate.
14. The three-phase motor drives the fan.
15. The photoresistor detects the flame.
16. The standard electrical protection level is IP40.
